Can SMSTS be taken virtually?
Yes. CITB permits remote delivery with live tutors provided you have a webcam and suitable broadband.
What happens if I fail the exam?
You may re-sit within 90 days. If you fail the second attempt you must retake the full course.
Is attendance mandatory on all five days?
Full attendance is required. Missing a session normally means you must transfer to a future course date.
