1. Who we are
CITBMockTests.co.uk ("we", "us", "the Site") is an independent online revision platform providing free practice tests for UK construction health, safety and environmental training assessments. You can contact us at info@citbmocktests.co.uk.
We are not CITB. CITB (the Construction Industry Training Board) is a registered trade mark of its owner. This Site is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CITB, CSCS, or any official awarding body. Our practice questions are original study materials and are not actual exam questions.
2. The service
- The Site provides free mock tests, revision articles and study guidance for construction training scheme assessments (including SMSTS, SSSTS, HSA, SEATS, TWC, TWS, TSTS and DRHS).
- Mock tests are practice aids only. Completing them does not award any qualification, card or certificate, and a passing score on this Site does not guarantee success in any official assessment.
- We work hard to keep content accurate and current with UK legislation, but material is provided for general educational purposes only and is not professional, legal or safety advice. Always follow the official course materials and your employer's procedures.
3. How the free service is funded — sharing your details
Our mock tests are free to use and always will be. To keep the Site free, when you submit your details (name, phone number and email address) to view your results, we may share those details, together with the test you took and your score, with carefully selected third-party training providers and career services partners, who may contact you about relevant course offers, discounts and career progression opportunities.
- We only share your details where you have agreed to this at the point you submit them.
- Partners may contact you by phone, email or SMS about construction training and related career services relevant to the test you took.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@citbmocktests.co.uk, and you can unsubscribe from any partner's communications directly using the opt-out they provide.
- Full details of what we collect, who we share it with and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial revision only.
- You must not copy, scrape, republish or resell our questions, explanations or other content without our written permission.
- You must not submit false or third-party details, attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, probe or bypass its security, or use automated tools to harvest content or submit forms.
- Reviews you submit must be genuine, your own, and must not be unlawful or offensive. We may moderate, edit for length, or decline to publish reviews.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — questions, explanations, articles, design and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Third-party names of training schemes and awarding bodies are used solely to describe the assessments our practice material relates to; all trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Liability
- The Site is provided "as is" and free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site — including exam outcomes, career decisions, or site availability.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Site, these terms, or withdraw any part of the service at any time. Material changes to these terms will be indicated by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site.
